Under his leadership, AMD Group has expanded its footprint across Egypt and the wider MENA region, becoming a trusted partner for multinational corporations and regional enterprises.

Ahmed is widely recognized for his ability to blend strategic foresight with operational discipline. His leadership philosophy emphasizes sustainable growth and operational excellence, digital enablement and the integration of technology to deliver efficiency and scalability, building empowered, high-performance teams aligned with mission, vision, and values, forging long-term partnerships across telecom, healthcare, retail, e-commerce, and NGOs.

Founding Partner of Tyleia, French by birth, living between the Philippines, Dubai and Estonia

Joan is an experienced executive from the Outsourcing and Offshoring sector, mixing strategic leadership, CX/back-office expertise and practical hands-on to deliver results to his clients. He has been developing sales and operations internationally for more than 20 years, with the focus on delivering high quality services to his clients and supporting high-performing teams.
